Shortcrust pastry filled with creme patissiere and topped with poached rhubarb.


On the left: matcha tea filling. On the right: dark chocolate filling.

Beet and feta salad

Beet marinated in olive oil, vinegar, and garlic on a bed of carrot and lamb’s lettuce, sprinkled with feta.
