It is a good morning if it starts with making pancakes.
Ingredients (serves three/two/one)
3/2/1 large eggs
115/80/40 g flour
1 heaped teaspoon baking powder
140/90/45 ml milk
pinch of salt
Separate the eggs.
Mix the egg yolks and milk. Sift in the flour and the baking powder.
Beat the egg whites with the salt.
Combine the two mixtures.
You can add blueberries, stewed apples, or grated chocolate. Or simply drown the pancakes in maple syrup.
