Ravioli brasato

The idea to make this recipe came from the boyfriend, as he really likes the ravioli brasato served in the restaurant close to work.

I am not yet ready to post a recipe for this very elaborate and very tasty dish, as there was a lot of improvisation involved in making it. The base recipe came from Giorgio Locatelli’s cookbook, one that I turn to very often for traditional Italian food.
