Cod and vegetables oven bake

We had a picky eater over for the weekend: meat, potatoes, and certain (very few) vegetables are the only things allowed on the plate. So we decided to have a small dinner therapy afterwards, having a fish-based oven bake with zucchinis, aubergines, thyme, sage, lemon, and baby potatoes.

The recipe can be read from the photo, and I just want to add that I set the oven temperature to 200 C.
